Preventing The Loss of Veteran Lives Through Camaraderie
Inspired by our founding veterans, friends, and community leaders, the Jacob Matthew Foundation is an anti- suicide group focused on building camaraderie between veterans. We host social events to get veterans out of the house and help them develop a social circle they can reach out to for help. We work to share any resources and knowledge we can with any number of veteran issues, from VA appeals, to furniture, to simply checking in on them, reminding them they are not alone. The Jacob Matthew Foundation aims to aid veterans in any way possible.
Our events are for getting our veterans out of the house and hanging out with one another. These events can be hiking trips, fossil digs, gokart racing and more. We also have our yearly trips where last year we took our veterans to Vegas and an upcoming Yellowstone trip this year. With our events our veterans build lasting friendships with one another and new memories .
We are a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit and dedicated to helping and building a community that helps one another.
